TERMS AND CONDITIONS & COMPANY POLICIES

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all ground transportation services provided by Deluxe Ride LLC to any customer, passenger, or person booking or using our services (“you,” “your,” “passenger,” “customer”). By booking, paying for, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. COMPANY OVERVIEW
1.1 Deluxe Ride LLC is a premium ground transportation company providing chauffeured services, including but not limited to:

2. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
2.1 Booking Methods
You may book our services through:

2.2 Booking Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

Full name and contact details of the booking party

Pick‑up and drop‑off locations

Date, time, and time zone

2.3 Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only when:

You receive a written confirmation (email, SMS, or booking page) from Deluxe Ride LLC, and

Any required deposit or full payment is received, if applicable.
2.4 Changes to Bookings

All changes (time, date, route, passenger count, etc.) must be requested through our official booking channels.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Last‑minute changes may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation plus a new booking.
2.5 Right to Refuse Service
Deluxe Ride LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

Suspicion of illegal activity

Abusive or inappropriate behavior

3. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TIPS
3.1 Rates & Quotes

All prices are provided in advance where possible and may include base fare, tolls, parking, waiting time, and other fees.

Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may change if the actual trip differs (extra stops, route changes, waiting time, etc.).
3.2 Payment Methods

We accept only the payment methods listed on our booking platform or confirmation (e.g., credit card, debit card, approved digital payments).

Cash payments may be limited or not accepted, depending on location and policy.
3.3 Payment Timing

Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or prior to service.

For corporate or contract accounts, payment terms will be defined in a separate written agreement.
3.4 Tips & Gratuities

Customers are allowed and encouraged to tip drivers for good service.

Tips are voluntary and may be paid in cash or through approved digital methods, as available.

Tips do not replace any part of the fare or fees owed to Deluxe Ride LLC.
3.5 No Direct Financial Arrangements with Drivers

All fares, fees, and charges must be paid directly to Deluxe Ride LLC or through our approved payment channels.

Customers must not negotiate separate fares, discounts, or side agreements with drivers.

Any such side arrangements are strictly prohibited and not honored or supported by Deluxe Ride LLC.
4. CONTRACTS, COMMUNICATION & CONTACT INFORMATION
4.1 Company Contracts Only

All service contracts, agreements, and terms are between the customer and Deluxe Ride LLC only.

Customers must never share, show, or hand over company contracts or internal documents to our drivers.

Drivers are not authorized to modify, interpret, or negotiate contracts on behalf of Deluxe Ride LLC.
4.2 No Exchange of Personal Contact Information
To protect both customers and drivers:

Customers and drivers must not exchange personal contact information, including but not limited to:

Personal phone numbers
-
Personal email addresses
-
Social media accounts
-
Home or private addresses
-

All communication about bookings, changes, complaints, or lost items must go through Deluxe Ride LLC’s official channels (website, app, phone, or email as listed on our site).
4.3 Official Communication

Only written communication from Deluxe Ride LLC (email, SMS, booking system, or official documents) is considered binding.

Verbal statements by drivers or third parties are not binding and do not change these Terms.
5. SAFETY RULES & PASSENGER CONDUCT
Safety is our top priority. By using our services, you agree to follow all safety rules below.
5.1 Seat Belts – Mandatory

All passengers must wear their safety belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

This applies to every seat that has a seat belt, including rear seats.
-
Refusal to wear a seat belt may result in service being refused or terminated, with no refund.
5.2 No Bad or Abusive Language
-
Passengers must not use abusive, threatening, racist, hateful, or harassing language toward drivers, staff, or other passengers.
-
This includes verbal abuse, slurs, insults, or any form of bullying.
-
If such behavior occurs, the driver may stop the trip and ask the passenger to exit at a safe location, and no refund will be provided.
5.3 No Sexual Behavior or Harassment

Any sexual behavior, sexual comments, or sexual harassment toward drivers or other passengers is strictly forbidden.

This includes but is not limited to:

Unwanted touching or physical contact
-
Sexual comments, jokes, or propositions
-
Inappropriate gestures or exposure
-

Any such behavior may result in immediate termination of the trip, permanent ban from our services, and possible reporting to law enforcement.
5.4 Drugs, Alcohol & Illegal Activity
-
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
-
Open containers of alcohol may be restricted by local law; where allowed, behavior must remain respectful and safe.
-
Any illegal activity (including drug use, trafficking, or other crimes) will result in immediate termination of service and may be reported to authorities.
5.5 Weapons
-
Firearms, knives, or other weapons may be prohibited or restricted by law and by company policy.
-
Where allowed by law, weapons must be declared in advance and transported in compliance with all regulations.
-
The driver may refuse service if they feel unsafe.
5.6 Behavior Toward Drivers

Drivers must be treated with respect at all times.
-
Passengers must follow the driver's reasonable instructions regarding safety, seating, luggage, and vehicle rules.
-
Aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the trip.
6. VEHICLE USE, DAMAGE & CLEANLINESS
6.1 Vehicle Care

Passengers must not damage, vandalize, or misuse the vehicle or its equipment.
-
This includes seats, doors, windows, screens, controls, and any installed devices.
6.2 Cleaning & Damage Fees
You may be charged additional fees for:
-
Excessive dirt, spills, or stains requiring special cleaning
-
Vomit or bodily fluids
-
Smoking or vaping in the vehicle (if prohibited)
-
Physical damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle
6.3 Vomit / Urination Cleaning Fee
-
If any passenger vomits or urinates in our vehicle, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
-
This fee covers the driver’s lost work time for that day and the cost to fully detail the vehicle inside and out and remove all odors.
-
The $500 fee is charged per incident and will be billed to the customer who made the booking or whose payment method is on file.
6.4 Smoking & Vaping
-
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, smoking and vaping are not allowed in any Deluxe Ride LLC vehicle.
-
Violation may result in immediate termination of the trip and a cleaning fee.
6.5 Food & Drinks
-
Food and drinks may be restricted or allowed at the driver’s and company’s discretion.
-
If allowed, you must avoid spills and mess; extra cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is left in poor condition.
6.6 Vehicle Doors
-
Please do not slam our vehicle doors when getting in or out.
-
Passengers must close doors gently and carefully to avoid damage.
-
Repeated or intentional slamming of doors may result in the trip being stopped and possible damage charges.
7. LUGGAGE & PERSONAL ITEMS
7.1 Luggage Limits

You must inform us of the number and size of bags at the time of booking.
-
We may refuse excess luggage that cannot be safely or legally transported.
7.2 Prohibited Items
-
Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, and illegal items are strictly prohibited.

If such items are discovered, service may be terminated and authorities may be notified.
7.3 Lost or Left Items
-
Deluxe Ride LLC is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
-
If you believe you left an item, contact us through our official channels with trip details.
-
If found, you are responsible for any shipping or delivery costs to return the item.
8. PICK‑UP, WAITING TIME & NO‑SHOWS
8.1 Punctuality

We aim to arrive on time for every booking. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

You should allow extra time for travel, especially for airport or time‑sensitive trips.
8.2 Waiting Time

A grace period may be provided (e.g., a set number of minutes) depending on the service type.

After the grace period, additional waiting time charges may apply.
8.3 No‑Show Policy
You may be considered a no‑show if:

You are not at the agreed pick‑up location within the grace period, and
-
You cannot be reached via the contact details provided.
In a no‑show situation:

The trip may be canceled.

You may be charged the full fare and any applicable fees.
9. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
9.1 Customer Cancellations

Cancellation terms (deadlines, fees, and refund eligibility) will be stated in your booking confirmation or on our website.

Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges.
9.2 Company Cancellations

If Deluxe Ride LLC cancels a trip due to reasons within our control, we may offer a refund or alternative service, at our discretion.

If cancellation is due to events beyond our control (force majeure), refunds may be limited or not available.
9.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Accidents or road closures

Government actions or restrictions
10. SPECIAL SERVICES & ACCESSIBILITY
10.1 Child Seats

Local laws may require child seats for certain ages or sizes.

You are responsible for requesting child seats in advance or providing your own, as allowed by law and company policy.
10.2 Accessibility Needs

Please inform us in advance of any mobility or accessibility needs so we can try to accommodate them.

Availability of accessible vehicles may vary by location.
10.3 Group & Event Transportation

For groups, events, or corporate services, additional terms may apply and will be provided in a separate agreement or confirmation.
11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
11.1 Personal Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.3 Driver Information

Drivers are not allowed to request or store your personal contact information for private use.
12. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS
12.1 General Liability

Deluxe Ride LLC will act with reasonable care and professionalism in providing transportation services.

However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost flights, missed connections, lost business, or lost profits.
12.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific trip in question.
12.3 Passenger Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Following all safety instructions

Wearing seat belts at all times

Supervising minors traveling with you

Complying with all laws and these Terms
13. PROHIBITED CONDUCT SUMMARY

Sharing or showing company contracts or internal documents to drivers

Exchanging personal contact information between customers and drivers

Negotiating private fares or side deals with drivers

Refusing to wear a seat belt

Using abusive, hateful, or threatening language

Any sexual behavior, harassment, or inappropriate contact

Possession or use of illegal drugs or items

Damaging or vandalizing the vehicle

Smoking or vaping in the vehicle (unless explicitly allowed)

Violation of these rules may result in:

Immediate termination of the trip

Charges for damages or cleaning

Permanent ban from using our services

Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
14.1 Deluxe Ride LLC may update these Terms at any time.

14.3 Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is primarily provided, unless otherwise required by law.
